Sometimes I kick myself when I think about how my relationships used to feel. They were fraught with anxiety, stress, and pressure. I consistently felt like the people I loved were going to leave me (if not now, then eventually) and it took away my ability to enjoy my relationships. I usually did the following:

  • Stayed WAY longer than I should have, even though I wasn’t get my needs met and I could feel that my partner wasn’t really in the relationship the way I wanted them to be

  • Shapeshifted and self-abandoned in order to maintain the connection and keep them around as long as possible

  • Cut and run for fear of being hurt later

If I had known about attachment styles and relational healing, I am positive that every one of my relationships would have been different. Some of them would have ended much earlier; I would have stood up for myself and stated my needs clearly, knowing I would be okay even if the relationship ended; and finally (and maybe the one that saddens me the most) is that there are some relationships in which I would have stayed because I would have had a sense of confidence and clarity that I just didn’t have then.

Fast forward many years! I am now an attachment and relational specialist, trained in concrete ways to support our nervous systems as relational beings, identify and shift behavioral and emotional patterns, and honor our experiences as human beings. I am the author of Attachment Theory Workbook for Couples, a tool to support relationships that include people of various attachment styles, sexualities, and gender identities. I used to feel lost in a sea of relationship challenges, emotions, and nervous system activation. Now I know the path to healing, and I want to share it with you.

Guiding you the whole way.

Your particular healing path is unique—your experiences, your attachment style, and what’s currently arising for you will all inform our work together. However, the general outcome is the same: you will feel more centered, more grounded, and more confident in your relationships.

  • A truly relational approach to changing your life, where you will practice everything we talk about and feel ready to show up authentically

  • A collaborative process where you share your expertise about your life, your patterns, and your wisdom—and I walk alongside you with the information I have learned. We work TOGETHER during our time.

1:1 Coaching Details

The 1:1 coaching package includes 12 weekly sessions as well as text and email contact between calls for guidance, questions, and updates.

The coaching package investment is $2800 which includes a $300 deposit to secure your space. Payment plans are available, just ask!
