Inner Resourcing Summer Workshop
Building capacity for yourself and your community
Inner Resourcing Summer Workshop
Friday, June 28 2024 | 12pm-3pm | $40
19 Zillicoa Street, #3 (Out of the Woods Therapy Office)| Asheville, NC
Please join us for an afternoon to tend to your internal landscape and develop supportive strategies for improving your ability to internally resource yourself. This workshop is for anyone who is interested in feeling more grounded and regulated as we enter the summer months.
This workshop includes meditation, experiential exercises to increase security, art exploration, poetry, nature, and delicious snacks and drinks to nourish you.
Although you are welcome to invite in new connections during this workshop, you are also welcome to attend with the need for solitude and space. You will be able to designate your needs for connection throughout the workshop and tend to yourself in the way that feels best. We also welcome you to bring a friend or partner if you’d like to engage in the exercises together.
Snacks and drinks will be served that accommodate a variety of dietary needs. Please feel free to bring your own if you’d prefer!
Space is VERY limited so we encourage early registration. A portion of proceeds will benefit Operation Olive Branch, a grassroots organization supporting families displaced in Palestine.

Meet Your Facilitators
Elizabeth Gillette, LCSW and Monica Leblanc, LPC have a passion for sharing attachment-informed, nervous system nourishing education and experiences. They have co-facilitated group coaching programs as well as mini courses to provide a deeper understanding of relational attachment patterns and dynamics and increase a felt sense of security individually and collectively. They bring a deeply supportive (and often humorous) approach to this work and strive to be sure that every human feels seen and cared for in their presence.
