Relational Nourishment Project
Satisfying, deeply connected relationships through intention and practice
An intentionally crafted, comfortable group container to build connections, delight in yourself and others, and support you in finding what nourishes you in relationshipsβand creating a whole lot more of that in your life.
Relationships are everything, and they can be nourishing, connective, and satisfying.
If youβve always wanted more in relationships, if connection and community have felt elusive to you, if you understand that being in relationship is both a gift and a challenge in the world that we are in, this project is for you.
I want us all to experience DEPTH in relationships. I want us to feel nourished, supported, connected, and held by our communities. As a culture, I think this is something we are sorely missingβand we need it more than ever before.
Additionally, many of us know what we donβt want in relationships. Weβve learned what doesnβt feel good, what triggers us, what brings up our deepest wounding. This work is incredibly important. Iβve found that in many ways, we are oriented to negativity and seeking the absence of certain traits or qualities in our relationships. But my question for you is this: what do you want to orient to now that you know what isnβt in alignment for you?
Understanding what brings us satisfaction in relationships takes time and awareness, and it also requires us to be in relationship with others. Knowing is one thing, but practicing is another. I want to support you in orienting toward what feels nourishing, healing, secure and fulfilling. Let this be a new phase of your healing.
This project is a VIRTUAL offering. You can connect with intention and ease from wherever you are.

βNeighborhood meetingsβ with your community every other week to deepen your connections, process, and share your learnings and reflections.

Facilitated by Elizabeth, these virtual gatherings will jump start our exploration of the monthly theme and inspire how we approach the topic. All of our supplemental gatherings will be variations on the theme to deepen our understanding and practices.

These gatherings will serve to deepen our connection as a cohort. The possibilities are endless and we can decide as a group what we would like to do together to cultivate community.

What People Are Saying
βI have never felt so innately seen/heard/understood by another human. You made me feel like I belonged and that the way I think is not foreign or too much or too complicated/complex. I thought I would learn a lot from you in an educational sense. But I didnβt imagine the evolution and transformation.β
βJM
βElizabeth Gillette personifies the best of what a personal growth healing practitioner should be. This includes smarts, kindness, care, knowledge, easefulness, and the ability to cut straight to βseeing things for how they really are.β I would trust Elizabeth, without hesitation, for any personal or relationship attachment related work. Sheβs one in a million.β

About Elizabeth
A Month in the Relational Nourishment Project
Curious about how the Relational Nourishment Project will be structured? Hereβs a peek into the first month of the group. Members are also encouraged to connect outside of these times if desired.
Monthly Theme: Nourishment
Large Group Meeting (1): Reflection on the theme of Nourishment. Exploration of how we want to frame this topic. What does Nourishment mean to us in the context of relationships? What is important for us to learn this month? How do we want to dig deeper into this theme?
Small Group Neighborhood Meetings (2): Time for each participant to share their experiences with Nourishment. What is each person struggling with? How can we offer support? What skills are needed that could help each of us reach our relationship goals? Small groups offer an opportunity to practice and really focus on individual needs and the collective experience of the theme.
Creativity/Nourishment Practice (1): An opportunity to gather with others and engaged in an activity that is nourishing for youβpainting, writing, knitting, walking, whatever feels good! This will be a βbody-doublingβ activity where you show up on Zoom and participate however you wish. You can chat and connect or just listen.
Journal Prompts (2): Reflect on your intentions for the month and also how it went for you.
Private Podcast Episodes (3): What does it mean to be nourished in a relationship?, Consuming Mindfully, and Intentionally Moving Toward Nourishment
Special Gathering (1): Candlelight yoga with a facilitator!
